I am a scientific curator and life science professional based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. With over five years of hands-on experience in biomedical literature indexing, EMBASE curation, and microbiology, I started SciCurator to share what I know — written in plain language for students, researchers, and curious minds everywhere.
I completed my Master's degree in Microbiology from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore, where I developed a deep fascination with bacteria, disease mechanisms, and the science behind how living systems function. After graduating, I entered the field of scientific data curation — indexing biomedical literature for EMBASE, one of the world's largest scientific databases.
SciCurator began as a personal project to bridge that gap. I wanted to write the kind of articles I wished existed when I was a student — not textbook-dense, not dumbed down, but accurate, clear, and genuinely useful.
